A single 60-minute session. Maya maps where the business is over-relying on you across seven functions — from winning work to day-to-day decisions — finds the one thing carrying the most weight, and names the first move.
Within 48 hours: a one-page Structure Map. The business’s real shape. What’s placed, what’s still loose, and where to start.
The £200 is credited in full toward a Structure Realignment if booked within approximately four weeks.
Step 2
The Structure Realignment — £600–£1,200 (founding rate)
The core engagement.
Takes the keystone identified in the Structure Read and does the work of properly realigning it. One clear outcome, fixed price, defined milestones — scoped to a single result so nothing creeps.
Four to six weeks. Fixed-price — because Maya’s gift makes her fast, and the price reflects the outcome, not the clock.
The founding rate (£600–£1,200) is available for the first few engagements in exchange for a testimonial and case-study rights.
Step 3
The Standing Structure — retainer
For clients who want ongoing support as the business grows.
One monthly call. Capped async. Enough to keep the structure sound without creating another dependency.
