About me
I'm not a systems expert with a decade of corporate experience... and I'm at peace with that.
What I do have is intuition, deep questions, and a wide range of tools.
When I look at a business, I look at the whole picture.
I look beyond the systems or the strategy, at the woman running it... because one is always a mirror of the other.
When I help her, I help her business.
Some sessions, I'll ask a deep question that might make you stop mid-sentence.
Some sessions, I'll notice that you're not sleeping and use my health-coaching background to fix that first, because your brain needs to be functional before any business decision makes sense.
Some sessions, the right tool is a tarot card that bypasses all the noise and connects you to what you already know.
My tools are varied because people are varied.
I reach for the one the moment calls for
I do things my own way
I live in Norwich with my family.
I sing in a barbershop chorus and a quartet.
I read books, and I read tarot.
I'm a casual gamer and a hard thinker.
I notice the shape the wind makes in the grass and find it more inspiring than any prompt from a robot.
I've done things the hard way, the weird way, and, when I'm honest with myself, the right way.
I'm also still learning and growing, and I'll never stop.
I use whatever the moment needs without putting a title on it, because I don't want to limit what you think we can achieve together.
