From what I've seen, most people trying to grow their business start with systems, try a new tool, experiment with a better process, or look for someone to hand things off to.

The Structure Read starts differently.
We look at where your business genuinely runs without you, and where it's relying on you for everything. The picture that emerges tells us more than any audit ever could, because it shows what's stuck, but also what to move first.

4 steps, just like building a puzzle
Find the corners
We start with the foundation - the things that are working well in the business right now.
Lay the edges
We put some boundaries in place, looking at what's important right now, and what needs to happen later.
Find the clusters
We work through an exercise, taking a deep dive into 7 areas in your business: winning work, delivering it, client relationships, money and admin, team, process and knowledge, and decisions. For each one, we examine how your role in running it smoothly.
The picture resolves
We find the thing causing the most friction and stress in your business. I coach you through it, and we come up with the next best action for you to take.
I see what tends to get missed
I'm not a systems expert with a decade of corporate experience.
I'm also not here to guarantee your income goal (no 100k in 30 days promises).
And I'm at peace with that.
